Tim Greer is the Academy Training Manager with REHAU. With 20 years of technical training experience in HVAC and plumbing, Tim has held technical support and training leadership roles with leading industry-manufacturers in circulators, water heaters, boilers and furnaces.

John Barba
Taco
John Barba, Director of Training at Taco Comfort Solutions, grew up in his family’s plumbing and heating business in Harvard, MA. Since 1995, he has trained 30,000+ contractors in hydronic heating design and installation earning multiple industry awards.

Patrick Ess
Mondale & Associates
Patrick Ess joined Mondale & Associates in 2013, bringing decades of industry experience to the team and has created a customer sales and support system that is unmatched. Patrick specializes in hydronic heating, commercial and on-demand water heating systems, HVAC, and ductless heat pump applications for both residential and commercial markets.
